We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to help in the design and fabrication of various engine, dynamometer and mechanical power components. Based in Parit Buntar, Malaysia — may require travel around South East Asia.

Required Capabilities:

  • Ability to ride clutch motorcycles
  • Ability to analyze data on computers (e.g. Excel)
  • Ability to read and write technical English
  • Ability to operate basic shop equipment including power supplies, volt meters, digital oscilloscopes, hand tools, milling machines, lathes, MIG welders
  • Familiarity with computer–device communications such as USB, Serial and other protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understands fundamentals of Internal Combustion Engines
  • Understands power electronics
  • Familiar with automotive sensors (TPS, CPS)
  • Experience in 3-D stress analysis
