This high power chassis dynamometer can extract over 500kW of mechanical power from competition vehicles, including cars and trucks. Its heavy-duty frame and textured 8-inch roller are ideal for high power applications without tire slip. The air-cooled eddy current dynamometer requires no external cooling lines, and is easy to install and use, giving years of trouble free service. The sophisticated controller can operate the dynamometer from the front panel or from a computer via the remote mode. Control modes include Manual Load, Speed, Torque and Road Load control. The dynamometer can hold the vehicle under test at a given speed for tuning, or fuel consumption measurements, or mimic actual road load conditions. Drive cycle software is included allowing vehicles to be tested on any drive cycle required. Additional inputs are included for Data Acquisition, (eg. AFR) display and logging. The two units of ACD with expendable intermediate stage, front and rear wheels are connected by an extendable heavy duty belt, lead screw wheel base adjsutment. MOTORCYCLES CHASSIS DYNAMOMETER

Our engineering laboratory equipment has been developed in response to universities and polytech request for inexpensive, research and teaching tools fro engine and vehicles. Although our market is global, we are proudly Malaysian made. All equipment comes with 1 year warranty. Educational laboratory exercises and teaching materials are available with many of our products.

Superbike Chassis Dyno Mid-Size MCD MCCD-Inertia
This high power chassis dynamometer can extract over 300kW of mechanical power from codcsmpetition vehicles, including GP race bikes. It’s heavy duty frame, and deep-grove textured 12-inch roller are ideal for high power motorcycles. The sturdy nose clamp can be adjusted to accommodate various motorcycle lengths, and comes with a mechanical or pneumatic tire clamp. The sophisticated controller allows easy drive cycle testing using the Road load mode to accurately simulate road performance for emissions or fuel consumption certification testing. The drive cycle can also be automated (including clutch actuation) for long-term reliability testing. The Motorcycle (Compact) Dynamometer is a modular dynamometer which can be disassembled and rolled away by a single person on the included wheels. Despite it’s small size, it packs impressive power, with a 300Nm, 10,000 rpm retarder coupled to the 6 inch roller. The Tandem roller configuration makes motorcycle mounting easy, and the nose clamp can be screw adjusted, or slid for wheel base. The bikes nose can be held in a screw-clamp, pneumatic or simple clamp. The same roller-load module can be placed in a shallow pit for in-floor mounting. The dyno comes with “embedded” controller for workshops. In either case we have a variety of controller software for all applications. The Motorcycle (Compact) Dynamometer is a Inertia dynamometer which can be disassembled and rolled away by a single person on the included wheels.
