The HMD-5 Hypermileage Chassis Dynamometer extracts up to 5kW of mechanical power from hypermileage competition vehicles (Shell Eco-marathon), small motorcycles, and electric bicycles. Weighing only 18 kg, it fits inside standard airline carry-on luggage for hassle-free transport to race venues and test tracks worldwide.

The air-cooled eddy current absorber requires no external water supply or coolant lines. Accompanied by our 5th Generation Dyno Controller, it supports manual load control, closed-loop speed hold, closed-loop torque control, and realistic road-load drag cycle simulation.
